Terms of Service.

These terms apply when you use helpcore.ai, buy a HelpCore license, start a free trial or use HelpFinance and HelpFreelance. They are written to be read: if something is unclear, write to us.

1. Who we are

HelpCore.ai is operated by Francesca Chimenti, sole proprietorship (impresa individuale) trading as HelpCore.ai, Corigliano-Rossano (CS), Italy. Registered with the Companies Register of Cosenza (Registro Imprese di Cosenza). VAT ID [P.IVA da inserire]. In these terms "we" and "HelpCore" mean the operator; "you" means the person or business using our site or products.

2. The products

HelpCore publishes Progressive Web Apps (currently HelpFinance and HelpFreelance) that install from the browser and keep your working data on your device. Features, prices and conditions are those described on each product page at the time of purchase.

3. Your accounts

You may create a HelpCore.ai store account to see your orders, licenses and saved bag. Each app also uses its own sign-in, created from the invitation you receive after a trial request or a purchase. Keep your passwords confidential; you are responsible for activity under your accounts. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy.

4. Your license

• A purchase gives you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the version you bought (for example 5.0.1) for your personal or business activity.
• You can use it on the devices you own by signing in on each of them. Accounts may not be shared with other people or resold.
• The version you bought does not expire and keeps working with your data even if you never renew anything.

5. Included period and optional plans

Every license includes 90 days of the product's plan (HelpFinance Pro or HelpFreelance Suite Pro) from your first sign-in: new versions, in-app Assistance and the features the product page lists as included in the plan. When the included period ends, the app returns to the version you own, with your data intact; features used only through the plan lock unless you bought them.

After that you may subscribe to the plan (currently $99.99 a year or $9.99 a month). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them from the billing portal inside the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

6. In-app purchases and AI credits

Inside the apps you can buy optional modules and add-on apps (one-time, lifetime, for the version bought) and AI credit packs. Credits never expire, are consumed only when an AI analysis or generation succeeds, and are refunded automatically when one fails. AI features need a connection and send only the anonymous figures shown in each panel.

7. Free trials

HelpFinance and HelpFreelance offer a 7-day free trial, one per person, without a payment card. Registrations are reviewed before access is granted. Nothing is charged when a trial ends.

8. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. Prices charged are always those confirmed by the server at checkout, whatever a cached page may show.

9. Delivery

After payment you receive a receipt by e-mail and, within minutes, an invitation from the app to set your password. If you don't receive it, write to support@helpcore.ai and we resend it. Your orders and receipts are also available in your HelpCore.ai account.

10. 14-day money-back guarantee and withdrawal

Guarantee. Licenses and modules come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the purchase date on your receipt. Write to support@helpcore.ai from the purchase e-mail, with the order number: no reason is required. The refund goes to the original payment method (usually 5–10 business days) and the license or module is deactivated. AI credit packs are usage purchases: failed generations are always refunded automatically; other requests are assessed case by case. Plan subscriptions can be cancelled at any time for the following period.

EU/UK consumers. Because the software is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you ask us to start the supply before the statutory 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once supply begins. Our money-back guarantee above applies anyway, on terms at least as favourable.

11. Your data and backups

Your working data (movements, clients, invoices, loans, plans…) is stored in your browser's database on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for keeping backups with Export backup: if your device or browser data is lost without a backup, we cannot recover it. How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

12. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), bypass license checks, overload our services, use the products for unlawful purposes or infringe others' rights. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches, after notice where reasonable.

13. No professional advice

The products organise information and calculate estimates from what you enter. They are not, and do not replace, financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong: check important decisions with a qualified professional.

14. Intellectual property

The software, designs, texts and the HelpCore.ai, HelpFinance and HelpFreelance marks belong to HelpCore.ai. Your license gives you a right of use, not ownership of the software. Your data remains yours.

15. Warranties and liability

We build the products with care and fix reported defects, but we do not guarantee that they are free of errors or suit every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of data you could have prevented with a backup. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights of consumers (including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content).

16. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when we add products or features. The version accepted at purchase keeps applying to that purchase; material changes to subscriptions are announced at least 30 days in advance, with the right to cancel.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring claims before its courts. Before any dispute, write to us: we answer every message. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
